3 ) No Escrow, Pre-Construction Payments (33% Discount on Sales Price for first 3 units sold)
Client pays 25% downpayment to Developer at Contract.
Client pays 20% to Developer 90 days later (3 months)
Client pays 20% to Developer 180 days from contract (6 months)
Client pays 15% to Developer 270 days from contract (9 months)
Client pays balance of 20% at Closing when unit completed. 
4) If purchasing a Two-story penthouse (Cielo) Client can pay based on each stage of the construction (foundation, walls, roof, finishes, delivery) over a 10 month timeline. (30% Discount on Sales Price for first 3 units sold)
5)  $50,000 downpayment at contract, and remainder of 25% downpayment due in monthly payments over 6 months. 75% due on delivery. (20% Discount on Sales price for first 3 units sold)
